  • I have a good understanding of contracts of purchase and sale and am experienced in pre-construction purchases. I can help you understand exactly what you are signing and explain your rights. For example, the Condominium Act protects new home buyers by giving you 10 days from receipt of the disclosure statement to rescind your contract, if that is what you would like to do.

  • I can negotiate on your behalf. Developers will often say that the sale price is fixed, but an experienced realtor may be able to negotiate ‘extras’ included into the price.

  • I can provide data specific to the area with a breakdown of comparable properties to ensure you are paying a fair price for the property.

  • If looking at apartments or townhouses I can help you make the best choice possible as to location of unit, so that you avoid any negative re-sale factors due to poor location. I evaluate properties every day for a living – please put my reputable experience into good use.
